Prior to your appointment, we will thoroughly review your pet’s medical records from your primary veterinarian. We remain in constant contact with them to continually improve our combined treatment plans, resulting in optimal care for your pet.
We strive to provide the best care for both you and your pet. We return all messages on the same business day and will always do our best to exceed your expectations of customer service.
4. You and your pet will be treated like a member of our family
Large dogs get nervous on small exam tables. Whenever possible, we will sit on the floor with your pet to allay their fears.
5. We will sit on the floor with your pet
Through weekly literature review, national and international attendance at conferences and through our own doctors teaching courses, we stay at the forefront of the field. We offer the newest therapies and technologies for treating your pet.
6. Constant Advancement in the field
As soon as your appointment is finished we will send your medical records, including all test results to your primary veterinarian as quickly as we can, often before you leave our facility.
7. We will get your vet the medical records quickly
We foster a team mentality. This includes all of our team members in all of our locations. We also work as a team with your primary veterinarian to provide the best care for your pet.
